Eldoret's AGMs, training sessions, weddings and board meetings run through The Starbucks Hotel regularly, mostly because we have 7 venues to choose from rather than one hall that has to fit everything.
Seven venues, seven different events
At one end, the Kilimanjaro hall seats 300–500 people, for conferences and large weddings. At the other, the Board Room fits 10–20 — right for a board meeting or a small training session. In between sit Bucks Garden, Mt Kenya, Elgon, Aberdare Hall, Longonot, covering everything from mid-size trainings to intimate gatherings. Hire runs from KES 5,000 to KES 50,000 per day.
Delegate packages that include the essentials
Half-day package: KES 1,800 per person — includes tea, snacks, water and lunch.
Full-day package: KES 2,500 per person — includes tea, snacks, water and lunch.
Equipment, if you need it
An LCD projector and laptop rental are both available on top of the room hire — worth mentioning when you enquire so it's ready when you arrive.
