Pool, Sauna & Gym: Staying Active in Eldoret
Eldoret sits at altitude in Kenya's Rift Valley highlands and is known worldwide as a training base for distance runners — so it's fitting that our pool and gym are as much used by locals training or unwinding as they are by hotel guests.
The pool
Open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:30pm, with adult entry at KES 300 and children at KES 250. Swimming lessons, a monthly membership and a sauna-and-swim combo are all available too.
The gym
Cardio machines, free weights and functional training equipment, at KES 500 per session or KES 3,000 for a monthly membership.
You don't need to be a guest
Day rates and memberships are open to anyone in Eldoret, not just hotel guests — plenty of people drop in purely for the pool or the gym.
Families are covered too — alongside the pool and gym, the grounds have a play area for children.
